Professional and Informative. Joy was an absolute delight. She was kind and funny and was able to answer all our questions about the palace as well as other questions we had about the city and Korean history. The tour was great! The guide knew a lot about the palace/history of South Korea and took a lot of pictures of me and my family. We saw everything we wanted to see and had a great time! Would definately recommend to everyone visiting Seoul.
